Here’s the table-cloth material I purchased from IKEA a few weeks ago, cut too small for the dimensions of our table but oh well. It added some nice cheer to the patio, and because it’s oilcloth, it’s wipe-able. No more crumbs falling through the cracks of our table onto our outdoor rug to attract ants!

In case you haven’t checked out the Textiles section of IKEA yet, it’s great! Lots of really cute, well-designed fabrics, for fabulous prices. Many of the fabrics are meant for decorating a home, so they’re a bit on the heavy-weight side, but they’re perfect for placemats, curtains, cushions, and even clothes if you want something a little stiff that’ll hold its shape.
